i’ve lost 2 pounds in the past week, only time i’ve ever done it healthy, well semi healthy. I’ve been eating really well, fruits, veggies and lots of protein. Other then restricting calories to under 1000 I’ve been recovering quite well. 

thinking about getting “this too shall pass” tattooed on my left arm, one to cover up some scaring i have and to also have it as a daily reminder that all these problems I face are just temporary. 

stay strong ladies and gents and always know that things will get better. 

Week away at my sisters.

So i haven’t been able to log my calories. 

She’s the only one in my family that has ever found out about my ED, she thinks i’m better so i need to be very careful around her. 

I was trying my best to remember everything i was eating and really limit my calories.

So i’m back to logging calories and blogging.

Day 1- Overview

My goal was to keep it under 800 calories, but i decided for the days to follow i’m going to make sure it’s 1000 and under so I can get some good protein and carbs in. 

Morning Workout:

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 20 squats
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 25 sit ups
  • 25 leg lifts

Breakfast/Lunch:

  • 3 almonds: 21
  • 1 whole kiwi: 46
  • 1 whole celery stick: 0
  • 1 tbs. ranch: 40
  • 4 oz. grilled chicken (no seasoning): 120
  • 1 tbs. orange marmalade: 35

Dinner: 

  • 1 8 oz. salad (romane, tomatoes, olives, peperchinis):100
  • 3 oz. calamari (breaded): 150
  • 1 breadstick: 150
  • 1.5 oz. ranch: 100

Total Calories: 762

Tomorrow will be tough i’m going down south to go visit my family so it’ll be hard not to eat in front of them, i’ll try to keep you up dated if not i’ll see you on wednesday :)

Day 1- 11:00 AM

Woke up kinda late, but I started the morning off with a quick and small work out to get my blood going.

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Squats
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 25 Sit Ups
  • 25 Leg Lifts

Now I’ll drink a water bottle and eat some fresh fruit for breakfast.

Morning Weight: 139.2 lbs

I’ve struggled with my weight for the past four years, this fall i’ll be going away to college; when i come back i want people to see a change not only emotionally but also physically. I want to look in the mirror and not want to break down, i want to sit down and look at my stomach and not see rolls, i want to run without my legs jiggling. I dont know whats happened but lately i’ve been letting myself go. Thats not me. 

This is going to be a weekly/daily diary of my meals, exercise plans and photos of my progress.
